2.1. ShootShare will, from time to time, receive and store personal information you enter onto our website, provided to us directly or given to us in other forms.

2.2. You may provide basic information such as your name, phone number, address and email address to enable us to send information, provide updates and process your service order. We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, when you provide information about your personal or business affairs, change your content or email preference, respond to surveys and/or promotions, provide financial or credit card information, or communicate with our customer support.

2.3. Additionally, we may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.

3.1 ShootShare collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you. We may receive personal information from third parties. If we do, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

4.1 ShootShare may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our products and services and better understand your needs. We collect and process your personal data for the purpose of providing you with our services and their advanced features, continuously improving and developing them, ensuring their technical functionality and ensuring the security of our services. 

4.2. ShootShare may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to email. Legal basis for this processing of your personal data is your consent, Art. 6.1. lit.a German Data Protection Regulation, insofar as it is required and you have given it to us e.g. for our newsletter.

5.1. We may disclose your personal information to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Personal information is only supplied to a third party when it is required for the delivery of our services.

5.2. We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.

5.3. We may also use your personal information to protect the copyright, trademarks, legal rights, property or safety of ShootShare, www.shootshare.co, its customers or third parties.

5.4. Information that we collect may from time to time be stored, processed in or transferred between parties located in countries outside of Germany. To the extent that your information is disclosed to third parties which are not located in an EEA country, we will ensure that the recipient has an adequate level of data protection, that adequate confidentiality provisions in the applicable contracts are maintained, that the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal information to processors issued by the European Commission are complied with, or that we obtain your consent.

5.5. If there is a change of control in our business or a sale or transfer of business assets, we reserve the right to transfer to the extent permissible at law our user databases, together with any personal information and non-personal information contained in those databases. This information may be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality. We would seek to only disclose information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

Where we disclose your personal information to third parties, we will request that the third party follow this Policy regarding handling your personal information.

6.1. ShootShare is committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information and protect it from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.

6.2. The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

7. Access to your personal information

7.1. You may request details of personal information that we hold about you in accordance with the provisions of the German law on privacy and data protection. A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. If you would like a copy of the information, which we hold about you or believe that any information we hold on you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please email us at privacy@shootshare.co .

7.2. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in German law.

8. Complaints about privacy

If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to privacy@shootshare.co . We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.

9. Changes to Privacy Policy

Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. We may modify this Policy at any time, at our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board. 10.1. When you visit our website

When you come to our website shootshare.co we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are necessary for our website and services to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. In addition to our own cookies, we also use third-party cookies and similar technologies (such as counting pixels) to provide our services, including troubleshooting, quality assurance, system-security monitoring, statistics and analytics, and a user-friendly design of our offerings (e.g. location-based shoot suggestions), to measure efficiency and for optimization of advertisements we provide with other providers. 11. Service providers 

We also share your information with companies whose services we use to provide our services and manage our business affairs. In particular, the following services are provided to us by contractors we use: Payment services, hosting services, newsletter delivery, maintenance and support, web/app analysis, fraud monitoring and prevention, marketing services, CRM services, customer service management services, geodata transformation into actual locations, etc. Such service providers will be contractually obliged by us to process your data in accordance with the strict guidelines of the GDPR and may not use your data for any other purpose. Data will be disclosed in accordance with Art. 28 (1) GDPR or, alternatively, in accordance with our legitimate interest in the economic and technical benefits of using specialist processors, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. 

11.1. Google Analytics 

On our website we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies which are text files placed on your computer to help analyze how users use our website(s). The information generated by the cookies is regularly transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. However, since IP anonymization is enabled on our website, Google will abbreviate the IP address of users within the EU Member States or within other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to Google. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. Google processes this information on our behalf to analyze the use of the website by the user, to provide reports on the activities on the website and to provide other services in connection with the use of the website for ShootShare. As part of the services provided by Google Analytics, the IP address transmitted by the user’s browser will not be merged with other data collected by Google. 11.2. Hotjar

If you have given your consent to cookies, we use Hotjar, a service of Hotjar Ltd., Malta (Europe) in order to better understand our users needs and to optimize our service and users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.). This enables us to build and maintain our service by means of user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users behavior and their devices (in particular the IP address of the device (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Hotjar stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile. Neither Hotjar nor we will use this information to identify individual users or to match it with further data on an individual user. 

11.3. Hubspot 

We make use of a number of Hubspot Inc. services which make use of cookies for the provision of their services. Whilst these cookies are typically used to manage performance of the Hubspot services we use and do not include any personal information, it is possible that visits to our website, where we have your contact details, in the Hubspot CRM can be associated to you and therefore linked within our CRM record against your contact record. 11.4. MailChimp

For the administration of the mailing list and the sending of the newsletter we use the mailing service MailChimp who is a member of the Safe Harbour agreement, a special data privacy agreement between the European Union and the United States. You can find information on the data privacy conditions of MailChimp at https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy  These services enable us to store your email address in order to communicate with you by email. MailChimp administers data about the date and time at which an email has been read by the user, and about when the user has interacted with incoming emails, e.g. by clicking on links in the email.

Our site may from time to time have links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. These links are meant for your convenience only. Links to third party websites do not constitute sponsorship or endorsement or approval of these websites. Please be aware that ShootShare is not responsible for the privacy practices of other such websites. We encourage our users to be aware, when they leave our website, to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personal identifiable information.
